Q: What is your return policy?
We offer a 2-day return window from the date of delivery. Products must be unused and in original packaging with all tags and freebies.

Q: How do I raise a return or exchange?
Use our dedicated portal:

Requests via email, WhatsApp, or phone are not accepted.

Q: Are there any non-returnable items?
Yes. We do not accept returns for:

  • Clearance or promotional sale items

  • Customized or made-to-order jewelry

  • Combo sets or gift boxes

  • Returns initiated after the allowed window

Q: What is your exchange policy?
You can exchange items within 7 days only if you received a defective, wrong, or unsuitable product. Exchanges are not offered on discounted items or gift boxes.

Q: How do refunds work?
Once your return passes inspection:

  • Prepaid orders: Refunded to the original payment method

  • COD orders: Refunded via bank transfer (you’ll need to share details)
    Shipping and COD charges are non-refundable.

Q: What happens if I miss the return pickup?
We provide a one-time pickup. If missed, you’ll need to self-ship the product. In select cases, up to ₹70 will be reimbursed for shipping.

Q: What if I forget to include a freebie in the return?
The value of any missing freebie will be deducted from your refund.
